About Me

My services are dedicated to those who have experienced trauma and folks within the trans/queer community. I use an eclectic and intersectional approach with a specific focus on sociological perspectives including structures of race, class, economic status, gender, sexuality, and privilege.

They/Them

Finding a therapist can sometimes feel impossible, but finding a good fit can make all the difference. It is important to both feel heard and seen, especially during the vulnerable process of sharing you experiences and emotions. I provide a non-judgmental space with a emphasis on holistic and person-centered care. Which means you can expect a collaborative experience. I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, may be struggling with PTSD, anxiety, and or depression. I also provide an affirming and queer/trans competent space to serve members of the trans and queer community.

My approach focuses on person-centered and holistic therapy practices. I am comfortable using skills and theories from various therapy methods including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I believe in working together and creating healthy challenges to meet your goals.

I strive to provide a welcoming space for clients with difficulties in navigating traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, and family conflict. A queer and trans affirming space that offers support, guidance, and understanding.
